The Chi of Yore is a level dungeons and dragons adventure that takes adventurers through the ancient ruins of an ancient, lost civilization. Within these walls lie secrets and treasures long forgotten, waiting to be discovered by those brave enough to venture into the darkness.
The Chi of Yore is a challenging adventure perfect for levels 1-5. Beginning with a simple search for clues inside the ruins, players must soon face off against deadly traps and ravenous monsters in order to uncover the mysteries of this forgotten civilization. Along the way, they will find valuable treasures, meet interesting characters, and make powerful alliances that could lead them down dark paths or onto new trails of adventure.

Level 2: The Village
In the village of Yore, a group of adventurers must find out what happened to the missing villagers. As they explore the town, they notice that something is off. The people here seem too happy. Carefree for there to be no news from the other villages. They also find strange symbols all over the place. Which seems to hint at a dark secret lurking in Yore.
As they continue their investigation. They realize that some of the villagers may have knowledge about what happened to the others. They must try and get inside the mayor’s office to question him. But they are met with resistance. The mayor seems very scared and doesn’t want to talk about it. Finally, after several attempts, they break into his office. Confront him with their suspicions. He insists that he has no idea what happened to the other villages. Quickly tries to run away from them.
The group decides that they need more information before taking any further action. Decides to return to the town square where they first encountered these strange symbols. There, they come across another group of adventurers. Who has been investigating the same thing as them? The two groups work together to figure out what’s going on in Yore and soon realize that. There’s something much more sinister going on than just missing villagers
Level 3: The Mines
The Chi Of Yore Quest is a Level Dungeons and Dragons adventure for 5th to 10th-level characters. In it, the characters explore a remote valley long forgotten by society. Filled with deadly traps and strange creatures. It’s up to the players to find the entrance to the mines. Stop the evil necromancer from fulfilling his dark desires.
This story was built on the D&D Adventurers League Season 7 module Tomb of Annihilation. Which can be found on DMs Guild. If you’re unfamiliar with that campaign. Don’t worry- we’ll walk you through everything you need to know before starting this adventure.

Level 4: The Fortress
Welcome adventurers to the fourth level of The Chi of Yore Quest. In this level, you will be tasked with defending. A fortress against an onslaught of enemies. If you are able to successfully hold out for the allotted amount of time. You will be rewarded with great riches and acclaim.
In order to complete this level, you will need to use your strategic thinking. Planning in order to make sure that the fortress is well defended from all angles. You will also need to be on your toes in order to deal with any sudden attacks. That may come your way. Be sure to take advantage of the fortifications that have been put in place in order to protect you, as well as the reinforcements that may arrive on the scene at any time.
Good luck adventurers! You’ll need it if you want to successfully defend the fortress and reach the ultimate goal of this quest.
Level 5: The Temple
The Temple of Yore is the lair of a powerful demon. Your party must brave its challenges if they hope to find the Chi of Yore and stop the demon’s plans. This level 5 Dungeons and Dragons adventure is designed for four players. But can be easily adapted for larger groups by adding more players.
After descending into the temple. Your party will face hordes of monsters that seek to impede their progress. The demons within are powerful and numerous. So it will require all your skills to survive. Don’t forget to use your abilities wisely. Each class has unique strengths that will come in handy during these fights.

Level 6: The Caves
In the Chi of Yore Quest, you and your party of adventurers journey into the mysterious underground caves to recover a powerful artifact. This dungeon is filled with dangerous monsters and traps. So be prepared for a challenging adventure!
To begin this level of dungeons and dragons adventure. You’ll first need to gather your supplies. You’ll need some food to sustain you through the long journey. As well as some supplies to help you fight off the creatures that inhabit these caves. You’ll also need a map of the area, so you can find your way around.
Once you’ve gathered your supplies, it’s time to set out into the cave system. Be careful not to get lost in here – the dark tunnels are full of treacherous traps and monsters that await anyone who falls victim. But if you can make it through these dangers and retrieve the artifact, then you will have completed a mighty task!
Level 7: The Swamp
As the adventurers near the entrance to the swamp. They notice a peculiar smell. It smells like rotting meat, and as they get closer they see that it’s coming from a large hole in the ground.
As they enter the hole, they find themselves in a dark, moist chamber. They can see water streaming down all around them. On the far side of the chamber is a large open space with murkiness below.
Suddenly, an eerie noise comes from deep within the murkiness below. It sounds like something is moving…or else breathing. The adventurers start to feel uneasy, and before long they realize that this place is definitely not safe for them!
Level 8: The Forest
Welcome to the Chi of Yore quest, a level dungeon. Dragons adventure for 4-8 players. This adventure is set in the ruins of an ancient kingdom. Will take your players on a journey through dark forests. Haunted palaces, and perilous caverns.
Throughout the course of this adventure. Your players will face challenges including deadly traps. Fearsome monsters. Powerful magic. Will they be able to save the kingdom from ruin? Only time will tell!
